Return Period

We stand behind the quality of our products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Original Packaging: It must be returned in the original product packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Quality Issues: Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues are fully eligible under this policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our support team at info@shokz.sbs with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free returns for all eligible items within Canada. There are no restocking fees associated with any return. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Inspection Time: Approved returns are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.

Credit Posting: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
