Warranty

At Shokz, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our audio products. We are pleased to offer a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on all headphones and electronic devices purchased directly from shokz.sbs. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage Period

This warranty is valid for a period of Two (2) Years from the date of original purchase and delivery. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser.

What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, Shokz will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component that fails due to a manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship. This includes:

Internal hardware malfunctions not caused by the user.

Battery failure resulting in inability to hold a charge as specified.

Defective buttons, microphones, or charging ports.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear of cosmetic finishes (scratches, fading of color).

Accidental damage, drops, impact, or exposure to liquids.

Misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification/repair.

Loss or theft of the product.

Use with non-standard or third-party charging accessories.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.

Important Distinction: Warranty vs. 30-Day Return Policy

Warranty Claims (This Page): Apply if your product has stopped working correctly due to a defect after 30 days of ownership but within 2 years.

30-Day Returns: If you simply changed your mind or the item is unused and in new condition, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for a refund. This is a separate process.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Email our dedicated support team at info@shokz.sbs. Please include your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, a photo or video demonstrating the defect.

Verification: Our team will review your claim and may provide basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue remotely. If the issue is confirmed as a covered defect, we will authorize the warranty service.

Shipping Instructions: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending the defective unit back to our facility.

Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If the defect is covered, we will either repair the unit or send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

Shokz will cover the cost of standard shipping both ways for valid warranty claims within Canada. We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective unit and cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replacement unit back to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects. Shokz shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.
